At Precision Design and Build we have taken a client-focused approach to high end residential construction. We believe at the core of what we do is not just about the destination, but the journey it takes to get there.
Construction can be a messy business and while there are many contractors who do great work- the path getting there can be treacherous. At Precision Design and Build, high quality work is a minimum standard.
We work tirelessly to improve the experience our clients have in not just dreaming of their project, but in developing it as well. We want our clients to have fun watching their project come to life from a simple idea in their minds, to being on paper or digitally in front of them, to eventually coming to existence in their homes.
Client experience is paramount to our vision of transforming the way this notoriously difficult industry is run. Top this with the fact there is a trade shortage around the corner as older trade workers retire and new ones do not fill their place.

Kevin Peloso
Director of Marketing and Sales
Kevin is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Precision Design and Build. A Rhode Island native, Kevin began his entrepreneurial journey in Real Estate by purchasing buy and hold rental property and eventually obtaining his real estate license to help others do the same.
Kevin’s understanding of rallying people together towards a common goal, coupled with his tenacity of pushing the envelope has led the way for Precision to develop into a 7 figure company within its first year of business. Kevin also received his B.A. in Psychology from Rhode Island College graduating cum laude.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys socializing with friends, personal development, working out, and playing chess.
Vincent Baldasaro
Director of Production and Development
Vinny is the Director of Production and Development for Precision Design and Build. Vinny got involved in the trades in 1999 and has developed a deep understanding of construction and project management not only from the ground level, but for the business itself. After learning what it means to be a great carpenter, Vinny learned what it meant to become a great operator. By learning how to run an efficient team and doing so in a lean way, he has helped multiple Design-Build firms double their net profits- and Precision is no exception. Vinny has radically improved not only the way Precision Design and Build operates, but also the standards from which it operates.
In his free time Vinny enjoys playing guitar, working out and being with his wife and two young children.
Tyler Rego
Project Manager
Tyler is a Project Manager and co-founder of Precision Design and Build. Tyler’s background consists of building high end custom kitchens for a leading Residential construction company in New England for 10+ years. His understanding of high end craftsmanship and cabinetry along with his patient approach to not only carpentry, but customer service has led him to be a leader on the front lines of providing a great product and experience to our clients. Tyler’s approach has planted the grassroots of which Precision has grown and continues to reflect our high standards today.
In Tyler’s free time he enjoys socializing with friends, working out, developing his woodworking skills, and driving fast cars.
Tim Heffernan
Project Manager
Marissa Carlino
Interior Design
Marissa is the head of Interior Design of Precision Design and Build. Marissa’s passion for helping people coupled with her organized approach of bringing ideas to life has led her to become a leader of interior design and project development. Her eye for detail is paramount to making sure our client’s ideas come out not just beautifully, but functional as well. Marissa’s role is essential in transitioning projects from loose concepts to concrete plans ready for production. Marissa received her B.S. in Interior Design from New England Institute of Technology graduating cum laude.
In Marissa’s freetime she enjoys going to Iceland, photography and hanging out with her fluffy dog.
Jon Leandro
Controller
Jon serves as our in-house controller of Precision Design and Build. Jon’s background includes graduating University of Rhode Island with his B.S. in Accounting cum laude and working 6 years for a Fortune 500 company identifying efficiencies by developing formulas for calculation/logic and improving their overall reconciliation process. He is no stranger to spreadsheets and datasets. Jon’s understanding of data collection and management along with his knowledge of accounting practices has made him essential in understanding where the company stands financially and allowing us to make well informed decisions.
In Jon’s free time, he enjoys playing competitive pool, video games, and long walks on the beach.
